Put Your Staff Up In A Serviced Apartment Rather Than A Hotel

If you either own or are a director of a business and you need to send two or three of your staff members to London to visit customers, or perhaps to spend time in your London office, they are going to need somewhere to stay, and your company is going to have to pay for it.

Certainly, that is rather stating the obvious, but you also want to keep expenses to the minimum. London hotels, especially in the West End, are notoriously expensive. Putting up three staff members in a hotel for a month will cost a small fortune because you will need three rooms.

However, there is an alternative and that is to look at serviced apartments in London. A serviced apartment for three people will cost considerably less than a hotel over the same period, yet they will get all the benefits of a hotel except for a restaurant.

Carlton Court contains five apartments and is situated in the centre of the West End just off Piccadilly. There is a three bedroom apartment available, or two of your staff could occupy a two bedroom apartment and the other one a one bedroom apartment. These apartments are the last word in luxury, having been furnished by the owners themselves, and have everything that is needed for a comfortable stay.

They have high speed broadband so that your staff can keep in touch, TV’s in every room, fully fitted kitchens with dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer (saving on hotel laundry bills), 24 hour concierge and security, 7 day maid service, staff who speak several languages, air conditioning for the summer and underfloor heating for winter, a music system, iPod/iPad dock, and a breakfast hamper is served every morning so that they can get off to work quickly. Each apartment even has an electronic safe with a personal code if they happen to own a Rolex and want it to be secure.

There is also another benefit and that is that staying in a hotel living out of a suitcase for weeks on end can become very depressing and affect morale. When your staff have their “own” home from home it will keep them motivated – it’s just like being at home!
